How Do I exchange or return my order?

Indian customers can make exchanges and returns within 48 hours of delivery, with a free pick-up in India. Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact.

International customers can make exchanges and returns within 10 days of delivery, as long as the items are in their original condition with all tags intact.

Do I have to pay for pick-up?

If you're in India, pick-up is completely free.

For all other countries, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us with tracking details at info@pannasarees.com. Customers are liable to pay for return shipping and customs charges, which are non-refundable.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

No worries! You can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it. If it hasn't been dispatched, we'll refund your payment. If it has, you'll get store credit.

Simply email us at info@pannasarees.com with your order number and email ID. Don't forget to tell us why you're canceling so we can improve our service.

How do I get a refund or replacement?

It's simple! Email us at info@pannasarees.com or call us to start the process. Be sure to include a photo and a detailed reason for your request. Our team will then work with you to ensure a smooth return experience. Once we receive the item, we'll perform a quality check and issue an exchange or refund on the same payment method.
