How to Report a Product Defect or Issue?

As a customer, it's essential to inspect the product as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issues or defects, here's what you need to do:

  • 1. Notify us and the Courier Company via email within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include all relevant details about the issue.
  • 2. Failure to provide notice within 24 hours will result in the goods being deemed in accordance with the order, and the customer accepting them.
  • 3. If there are any hidden defects, inform us in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
