Return & Exchange of the order will be initiated only when the customer recieved the order & makes the payment to the delivery person in case of C.O.D

At Panna Sarees, we take great care in thoroughly inspecting and packing each product. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product, as required. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

NOTE: Discounted Stock

NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on Discounted Stock or PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS.
• An order may be delayed due to & during a sale.

Return Policy:

Products can be returned/exchanged within 2 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are not applicable in any situation. So, in situations like these, we will allow exchanges.
If the item(s) is damaged or a different (style code/size/color only) from ordered, we shall exchange the product. Wherever exchange is not possible, like, in the case of a pre-paid order, a voucher shall be provided. This voucher (credit note) will be valid for one month only. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase within the stipulated validity period. No cash refunds will be made.

In case the product is out of stock after ordering, the customer will be notified immediately after he or she has made the payment. In case of an issue, the executive will get in touch with the customer.

In all other cases, replacement/exchange or Credit Note (1-month validity – Redeemable online and at the stores) is available. NO REFUNDS will be made.

Return Intimation:

You can send us an email at pannacustomers@gmail.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket no. or AWB no. and Reason for Return) should be shared with the customer support by email.

Guidelines for a VALID return:

• The product, if any, should be in its original condition.
• Tags should be retained and returned.
• The products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on Discounted PRODUCTS or PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS.
• Original Tax Invoice to be included with the return.
• Return and exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Panna Sarees.
• Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
• No return/exchange will be done for customized, stitched, and altered products.

**Panna Sarees Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the above return requirements are not complied with.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
